To help SME developers secure finance for constructing more high-quality homes across the United Kingdom, the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) has partnered with UK Finance to publish and release an updated edition of the ‘Guide to Development Finance’. In the 1980s, small local housebuilders delivered 40% of UK homes, but now it is just 12%. To build high-quality homes, small developers are in dire need of funding. The updated guide will provide them the knowledge about the wide range of finance options available and also guide them through the process of getting the financial support they need to complete new housing projects.
