India’s MSME Ministry’s Export Promotion Council (EPC) and knowledge firm BillMart Fintech will jointly help 10,000 MSMEs in Assam by extending timely credit facilities during the current financial year. They also plan to help 100 startups in the agro-based sector with credit in the state. Lauding the initiatives of EPC and BillMart, Assam’s Agriculture Minister urged both the organizations to undertake on-ground surveys and set up incubation centers with marketing arrangements. Assuring them full support from the Assam government, the minister also invited them for an interactive session with the concerned state government officials.
