Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI) has teamed up with Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) and Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority (SAIF Zone) to help SME exporters and re-exporters located in Sharjah to start and grow their exports business. ECI will also offer country risk assessments and comprehensive market intelligence to these SMEs while securing their receivables. Furthermore, ECI will provide the SMEs and startups in the free zones a range of flexible trade credit insurance products and financial solutions, including its Sharia-compliant insurance product. This initiative is expected to boost exports of SMEs based in Sharjah in the short to medium term.
