As Covid restrictions ease, Dublin-based Linked Finance has posted strong growth in lending across Ireland during July 2021. The company has lent €5.5m to SMEs in July, which is almost three times the amount that the company disbursed in July 2020. This surge in lending signals a rebound from the negative business sentiment that prevailed at the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, in July, the company disbursed loans to more than 40 SMEs, with the average loan size coming to €136,000.
