TDB has extended a credit facility to Grassroots Business Fund (GBF) to help finance small and mid-sized companies in East Africa. The programme also draws participation from The African Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (AGF) and there are expected to be other senior lenders expected to participate.
