Etihad Credit Insurance has signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with First Abu Dhabi Bank & Crediti Fintech to introduce the ‘UAE Trade Finance Gateway,’ which will facilitate the access of UAE-based SME exporters and re-exporters to trade credit and export financing while also supporting the growth of SMEs across the country. This project will resolve various challenges that the SME exporters and re-exporters currently face while trying to obtain finance to fund their working capital requirements. The newly-launched Gateway will also provide seamless and fast access to trade finance solutions by bringing together the exporters, banks, and the insurer on one unified platform.
